Privacy & inquiry information

TIANSHUN uses the information you provide to respond to product inquiries, prepare quotations, and discuss your project requirements. For questions about your information, contact admin@lctianshun.com.

Information you provide

Our inquiry form collects your name, email address, WhatsApp number, company, country, product of interest, purchasing stage, required length, and project requirements. A company website is optional. Please provide only information relevant to your inquiry.

Storage and follow-up

Inquiry records are stored in our website database on Hostinger. Our sales team accesses them through a password-protected inquiry system. Inquiry details are also sent to our Feishu notification group so our team can follow up. An unsuccessful notification does not remove the saved inquiry.

There is currently no automatic deletion schedule for inquiry records. You can contact us to ask about retained information or request a correction or deletion.

Advertising source information

When campaign information is included in a link, we record the page path and campaign parameters with your inquiry. These may identify the source, medium, campaign, ad content, or search term. We use this information to distinguish advertising channels, including Facebook and Google.

The public website at guardrail.lctianshun.com uses the Meta Pixel to send page-visit events to Meta and measure advertising. Meta may receive browser and device information and may use cookies or similar identifiers. The installed code records PageView events; we have not added Lead events or inquiry form fields to this code. No Google Ads tag is currently installed.

Browser and security information

A random submission reference is kept in browser memory while you complete an inquiry to help prevent duplicate submissions. Our inquiry service also uses a protected identifier derived from the connecting IP address to limit repeated requests. The private inquiry system uses a login session cookie for authorized staff.

Automatic language selection

For an initial visit through an English page, our server uses an approximate country code derived from the connection IP address to select an available language. If no language matches the country, we use your browser language or English. This feature does not store your IP address or send it to an external location service. We remember the automatic choice for the current browser tab and a language you choose manually for up to 180 days in browser storage. You can change languages using the language menu. Location estimates may be affected by VPNs and mobile networks.

Direct contact services

If you contact us through email, WhatsApp, or Alibaba, those services also process information under their own policies. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
